Hotel Arenas Del Mar Resort, Tampico

My stay at this resort spa included some very mixed experiences. While the location was close to the beach and I enjoyed the pool facilities, the issues I faced with the room and service were quite disappointing. After dealing with problems such as a malfunctioning AC and issues with cleanliness, I expected better communication and support from the staff, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

This hotel could use some serious improvements. While the rooms were spacious and came with a nice view, I faced persistent issues with the air conditioning that made my first night unbearable and my second night a slip hazard due to humidity. It's nice that they offered me a night in a master suite, but I really felt that three nights free would have been just. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, and the cleaning was quite unsatisfactory. Overall, it wasn't worth the price I paid, especially after the injury I sustained from the fall.
